淫乱社区 LLC (鈥淏OX鈥� or 鈥渢he Exchange鈥�) is a national securities exchange registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 6 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Exchange is owned by a consortium of firms and was launched in 2012. The Exchange currently oversees one facility, the BOX Options Market LLC (鈥淏OX Options鈥�), an equity options market with both electronic and floor-based trading. 淫乱社区 is responsible for regulating and monitoring activities on any of its facilities to ensure compliance with Exchange rules and federal securities laws.
